The first lesson learned when focusing on culture and identifying differences is that cultural perspectives can be different for different individuals of the same culture. Every individual perspective must be respected with showing of cultural humility. The second lesson learned is the importance of intersectionality in culture which must be considered to analyze diversified cultures.
